In collaboration with Dexus, GC Built took on the challenge of providing comprehensive office design and construction services for an existing office space within the Lord Street Botany complex. The primary objective of this project was to elevate the office space, creating a modern and appealing template that would facilitate the leasing process.
Our office design and construction services were instrumental in transforming the space into a contemporary and dynamic environment. The design team at GC Built spearheaded the initiative, introducing a modern aesthetic by removing conventional carpet flooring and exposing the existing concrete floors. The installation of an open grid ceiling added an element of spaciousness and visual interest to the office, while a sleek new black kitchen enhanced both functionality and style.
The introduction of an open-plan layout further contributed to the modernisation of the space, fostering a collaborative and flexible work environment. The upgraded tenancy, with its fresh and innovative design elements, serves as a template for other offices within the complex.
