GC Built undertook the task of delivering comprehensive industrial construction and design services for three pre-existing warehouse and office spaces situated within Dexus’ Regents Park complex. The multifaceted upgrades included the process of de-fitting, a strategic overhaul of bathrooms, installation of DDA compliant bathrooms, incorporation of lifts for enhanced accessibility, a revitalisation of the external facade, and crucial upgrades to all fire services.

Our responsibilities extended beyond the physical execution of upgrades. We took charge of the design phase, ensuring that each element aligned seamlessly with both aesthetic and functional considerations. Securing the necessary approvals and navigating compliance requirements were integral aspects of our commitment to bringing these units up to code.
